My account products were all on debit order and paid on time monthly.
from the 4 products available suddenly the 2 PayJustNow products stopped being debited from end of Sep 2025. I made arrangements and made the payments myself. I escalated it to FinChoice as it affected my use of their product offerings and credit status. Nobody responded, they asked me to wait for it to refresh this went on for 2 months now all my accounts are paid up in fact I was double debited for one of their products and they had to refund me but now all my account products are showing as in arrears and that the account is sitting with collections whom I cannot get through to. their agents cut the call of they do no want to assist.
Desired outcome: I need a resolution and for accountability for who caused the issues and to have it resolved.
