I was walking through the mall in Westgate in Mitchell's plain when I realized that I had left my cellphone on the till in the i-click business center, I turned around and hurried back as soon as I realized my phone was not with me, as I was walking back a security guard tackled me around my stomach with both arms and squeezed me and said I have to come with him, when I asked why and he gave no reason, I told him I had left my phone in the store and he laughed and asked me what I have stolen from truworths, I said I have never been to truworths today, again he laughed and said "don't lie to me". I then began feeling dizzy because the man was squeezing my stomach and upsetting my peptic ulcer, I told him that he's hurting my stomach, he said "don't worry you are coming with me, when we got to the security office the supervisor spoke to him in Xhosa speaking and saying it's a false alarm, I asked him to identify himself by he's badge and he said"no"I must ask he's supervisor. All I wanted was my cellphone not to be stolen now I have to see a doctor because my ulcer is bleeding my stomach is burning inside. The only information they gave me is he's name"Aaron" and a landline phone number : [protected] the number for Westgate security office, I feel the way he man-handled me was way too excessive and the fact that he just laughed it off and said it was a false alarm I feel that they can just hurt people and say sorry we thought you were a thief because you were in a hurry, I will open a case of assault as soon as I get to the police station

I would like to report the security officer's that work at Fezeka Municipalities. Those security that cannot say no to corruption and bribery.
Being there on time and stand in the line for longtime does not stop those security it only help them make money not that the municipal staff is slow only to the security officer's that take money and let those people who just arrive in straight to the teller's.
When you ask them they will say this person was here before you or they will say that this person is their family member disregarding those who were there so early in the morning.
The two male and female guard that ALWAYS work at the reception of Fezeka Municipality have no morals at all.
Each an everyday when i look at them you can see they are already counting the money they will make for that day, to hell with those who have only money to pay their fines.
Please go there to Fezeka Municapility and see what Fedelity Securities are doing they are really creating unnecessary discomfort to people who are going there.
