Hello, I've been contacting you on numerous occasions, too many to count and I am growing more and more frustrating. I have two issues that needs to be addressed immediately.
1) 70,000 points that I have accumulated over the years that you have not returned to my account.
2) I noticed that you have transposed the new phone number that I gave you to put on my account [protected].
I am pleading with you to resolve these 2 issues as quickly as possible.

To log out, please follow these steps:
1) Open the Account tab of the app
2) Scroll down to "Settings" and tap on it
3) Select "Log out"
I'm happy to assist with your request, but in order to do so, I need the email address and phone number that's linked to your personal Fetch account
If you're unsure of the email address or phone number used on your account, please navigate to the Account tab. The connected email address and phone number will be displayed toward the top of the screen.
If you signed up with an Apple ID, you may need to go to Settings->Apple ID (top)->Password & Security->Apps Using Apple ID->Select Fetch and then take a screenshot of the email address.

I went to scan a receipt and was prompted to enter my phone number associated with my account and accidentally entered my new phone number and my account changed to someone else's account and now I can't find my account

your are listing my account as resolved with only a portion of the information that I have provided to you. It would be great if you could correspond with Fetch and obtain a resolution to my situation. Thank You
