I called to order propane for my son who lives down the road from me and talked to Millington MI Ferrellgas. They couldnt look his account up by name and street number so I said that I would have to call them back because I was driving home from work and couldnt look up his address while driving. I called back and after waiting 28 minutes finally hung up and proceeded to call when I came home. I asked to have propane delivered as soon as possible because my son had only 5 percent left and he needed help from us to pay for some fuel for him. She told me it could take up to a week to deliver it but she hoped that they could get it there by tomorrow. I said well I have called you today and am I going to get a charge if it runs out before you get there and she said yes 49 dollars. You know I have been with this company for 30 years and I bought this protection plan so that I got the lowest price. I called Hamilton that has been trying to get us to come over to them and asked them what there propane was going for. They said 174.9 and that is without paying for a protection plan. I told the lady at Hamilton that Ferrellgas was charging 230 a gallon and she said I know that is what I have been told by the customers that are changing from Ferrellgas to us... Ferrellgas is charging us 230 and we paid the extra for the best price... Im very disappointed with your company and I am seriously considering changing companies. Now Im waiting on the phone still at 15 minutes. Im gonna talk to my husband and if he says change companies I may just do that. Expecially if Ferrellgas doesnt match Hamiltons propane prices. Been waiting 20 minutes now... Still waiting.. She finally. I talked to Michele and she is a Gem. Keep her because she has turned my whole attitude completely around. Have here train you the others.

Desired outcome: She gave me a desired outcome with her pleasant personality and how she made me feel valued as a customer.
