FEDS Protection review: Not impressed

I called on 02/13/2025 to ask some questions of this agency before I purchased their Liability Insurance and I asked the receptionist who should I speak to. Her response was you can speak with me. I provided a background then asked the questions and she stated that she would have to transfer me. Really?

The receptionist then advised that the person who I needed to speak with was on the phone and for me to leave my name and telephone number and she would be get back to me. I have not received a return telephone call and probably will not. Hopefully they do not run this agency like they have handled my call.
