I have been using featured points since November 2022. At first it felt quite genuine, but later I downloaded the app and finished the assignment (x2:2048), level 250. It took me a long time, but I was not rewarded. That looks fishy, and I waited long thinking that it would update, but it isn't; the game is still in progress. And then I played SLOTS OF VEGAS; its reward was around $19 by reaching level 44. When I was at level 35, suddenly the price dropped to $6; I realized it and kept going. Today before playing the game, I checked whether the app was still there or not. It was there, so I started to continue. I did my level 44; when I was searching, the app was not there, and I wasn't awarded my points.
I don't know what to do; I'm quite depressed on New Year. I think they are exploiting players' work. This is not fair; please, new users, be aware while using this app.
I don't know whether my problem would be solved or not if done; I will update ASAP
Claimed loss: $19+ $0.89 app loss. Hospital loss $15
Desired outcome: "Please give my points back or refund me directly" and provide the cause through my mail.
