Complaint: Dishonest and Unreliable Service – Avoid Fantastic Services! I booked a carpet cleaning service with Fantastic Services and paid an extortionate price for a simple flat with bedrooms only. On the day of the booking, the contractor never showed up - He sent a message saying that "he was outside the property" - we were at the property waiting for him - but he was not there" . we waited and waited but he never arrived to do the job. When I contacted Fantastic Services, I was told there would be no refund. Instead, if I wanted to rebook, I would have to pay another £150. This company does not listen to customers, does not verify the truth of what their contractors say, and clearly does not care about providing the service that was paid for. I spoke with customer service three times, only to be told “no” each time. They take your money and run. Dishonest, overpriced, and unreliable. ⚠️ Do not hire their services. Total scammers.
