To make a return it has to be within 20 days and you have to call and get a return authorization number. I attempted to do this and made multiple calls during business hours, which were never answered and the mail box was not accepting messages,

This company is a scam! I sent 4 emails to this company. I placed an order back on August 31 and have NEVER received it. I never received an email showing that it was ever sent out. I paid through PayPal and will be disputing these charges immediately. I've sent emails stating I wanted a refund, and nothing. There should have been no reason to not contact me regarding this order. I have given my contact information and order number numerous times. I would have been happy to even have even received an email saying it was backordered or something. Anything. But your company has done nothing to resolve this. It's a disgrace to run a business like this. I paid 100.00 for a product I never got, just to be treated this way. I'll be reporting your company to the BBB. And will be putting bad reviews all over social media.

I purchased shoes at the end of October and have yet to receive any updates. I've emailed and called and still haven't received any updates. I will get my lawyers involved if need be. Contact me asap so that this issue be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This is one of those companies that ignores you when you send them multiple emails asking them to cancel your order. I ordered a costume for july 4th on june 23rd, did not receive any information about the item being backordered and after i did not receive the product after july 4th i canceled via email with complete information and i received it on september 14th. It pisses me off when a-holes that own these online stores ignore your requests so that they can profit from just the shipping. Don't expect legitimate service from this company like you would from a known online retailer, i'll be avoiding these types of stores in the future, they're not worth it.

I bought some stuff from the company FantasiaWear. I paid them money and waited for the delivery, but these jerks didn’t send my order at all. They didn’t provide any confirmation info. I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone can help me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
