FanAuthentics I did not receive my product

I placed an order with back in sept 2016 for some Dallas cowboys legging, It was shipped to the wrong address, I verified this with UPS and was told to call the company in which I did on several occasions. I left messages and emails but no responses were ever made. My address is 1635 50th Street San Diego Ca 92102, it shipped to 1535 50th Street, I don't understand, because in order to get paid you have to have the correct address off my credit card. I( have sent numberous emails and phones and they not responded.
The tracking details for these items are as follows:

FanAuthentics Ravens led lamp

I placed an order November 25, 2016. It's now March 3, 2017. Still have not received my lamp. I called my bank in December to dispute the charges. My bank gave me my money back and went after you . I got a letter that said I have to pay back the $40 because you say USPS dropped my product off on my porch on 12/31/17. I have never received this item and I want my money back. Order #36162

FanAuthentics Scam

!warning!
do not purchase anything from this company! all of their reviews are negative, and here is why! i personally purchased a product from fan authentics. It took over 2 months for me to receive my order, and when i did finally receive it, it was broken. I tried on numerous occasions to contact fan authentics via phone call. (when you call their customer service number, you are forwarded to a voicemail. After leaving numerous messages, i have yet to receive a return phone call) i have also tried on numerous occasions to contact them via email. (i have yet to receive an email from fan authentics regarding my emails) i have also tried on numerous occasions to contact fan authentics via their facebook messenger. (they state that someone would contact me within a couple hours. I have yet to receive a reply from fan authentics) considering they state that they can be reached 24/7. I have also filed a formal complaint with the b.B.B. (yep you guessed it. The b.B.B. Has yet to receive a response from fan authentics regarding not only my complaint, but all of the other numerous complaints filled against them from numerous other patrons) yet fan authentics has the time to delete all of the negative comments placed on all of their facebook posts.(note they are unable to delete the hundreds of angry likes on their facebook posts) i am a person that will not stay silent and do nothing while fan authentics continues to attempt scamming any more people out of their hard earned money. Please share this post with the rest of the world about this shameful, rude, and selfish, company that has no consideration for others.

Totally agree! I just reported this company to BBB. I had a question on my order from early December and never received any response. Tried to call- no response.

FanAuthentics Shipping of order

I placed my order September 9th and as of October 27th still have not received my order, have sent 4 emails with no responses, every call made you are never allowed to speak to a customer service rep you have to leave a voice mail and my 6 calls never received one response. I usually tell people not to place internet orders, but am a big Chicago Bears fan and they got me for $130.00, which they didn't have a problem taking from my bank real quick. Their website ad states easy returns, how is that when you don't get your order? They state you can always reach them 24/7, how is that when no live person answers the phone and no emails are returned? This seems to be a big scam company! I had a lot I could have done with my money, will never do this again!

FanAuthentics order never showed up!

They said that my order will be delivered in 7-10 days but it never showed up. I made my order in early March and it is now late April so I guess they decided to keep my money. Tried to call them but no one picked up the phone, they also did not respond to my messages. Very bad company to deal with. I will not give up until I get my order or my money back, and I definitely will not order from FanAuthentics ever again!

Ordered the LED Cubs light on 11/6...didn't get shipped out until 12/19 and finally received it today. I did file a complaint with the district attorney regarding them, but didn't have a physical address. Now that I received my shipment, I have it. So if anyone else is thinking of doing the same thing, here is where they are located:

I'm out $39.95 for a LED light I purchased on Nov. 18. When I tried to track my order it says "Unfulfilled". Then, I started to investigate and came across all of these similar complaints. Going to talk to my bank in the morning since this has already been debited out of my checking account. A little afraid to know someone has all of that information about my account that scams people out of money.

Same old story as I have been reading. It's a scam for sure. I ordered two Dallas Cowboy nightlights, for Christmas presents. Cost me $79.90. Ordered them on October 19, money was taken out on my debit card on October 24. Called many times, get the same "leave a message and they"ll get back to you" routine. I wish we could do something about these guys. Any suggestions as to how to put a stop to them before they steal anyone else's money?

So far I've only been waiting one week for my item - a Steelers ugly Christmas sweater. I placed the order on October 29th; however, when I checked to see if it had been shipped, it says unfulfilled. So I called the company. No one answers, but there is a recording that does not identify the company you are calling and asks you to leave a message so I did, but I don't expect to hear back after reading the above reviews. I'll give it a week, but I'm not optimistic that I will receive my item. After a week, I will notify my credit card and file a dispute to get my money back. At that point, we should consider a class action lawsuit.

I ordered a Bears Helmet and 2 weeks later I have not received it. I called my Credit card Company and put through a dispute claim against this purchase. I tried calling the 2 numbers provided and one answers with a message to leave a message. They don't acknowledge a company name, just hello, and the other mailbox is full.

How is this place still able to operate stealing people's money...order placed 9/9/16 I still have not received any word, sent emails no response, call, have to leave message and no response...there has to be something we can do to stop them and get this website shut down!
