The drawers' tracks ain't stable. Got problems opening and closing 'em. Bought the unit in March from Kitchen Depot in . They ain't got no repair folks to lend a hand, and they don't know where to go for help.

We bought Fabuwood Cabients and they came in brokin and scratched. We filed one ComplaintsBoard.com complaint where they told you we were getting the replacements. Well they lied and our kitchen is still incomplete. We want the missing pieces and the cabinet door that came in warped shipped to us immediately.

I bought cabinets from a nearby fabuwood dealer. The cabinets arrived all broken, scratched, and with missing parts. I had to wait for 6 weeks to get replacements, but even those came in broken and with missing pieces. They promised to deliver the items last week, but now they're saying it won't be until September 3rd. They can't be trusted. I'm really angry. I gave them a deadline to complete the project, and it ends this Friday.

I recently got Fabuwood cabinets put in our kitchen. But, guess what? In just a few days, we noticed some new cracks and chips around the cabinet doors and the microwave spot. It's a real bummer, you know? I've been trying to get in touch with the contractor or dealer, but they haven't bothered to return any of my calls. Can you believe it? So, I decided to reach out to Fabuwood themselves, and you know what they said? They told me it's not their problem and that it's all on the dealer. Can you believe that? All I want is a touch-up pen for their messed-up products. Is that too much to ask? Seriously, Fabuwood, get your act together. Thanks. ***.

I bought new Fabuwood kitchen cabinets from *** in the fall of 2021. When we got the cabinets, they were damaged and not the right ones. We had to reorder replacements and ***. The paint on the doors was cracking, and the drawer tracks were loose and wobbly. I've been reaching out to *** Kitchen and Fabuwood, but *** Kitchen hasn't been much help. They just told me to use "touchup" paint on the cracks, but it made them look even worse! The screws holding the doors are stripped, and I had to take off a door because it was about to fall off! I've been emailing both *** Kitchen and Fabuwood, but Fabuwood hasn't responded about what they're going to do about these defective cabinets that we spent a lot of money on! It seems like this is how they operate based on other reviews I've read, which are similar to our experience. It hasn't even been 6 months, and the cabinets already look terrible; and it's just two adults in the house. I can't imagine how bad they would look if we had kids.

I bought Fabuwood kitchen cabinets from *** in ***. The cabinets came with lots of problems, like doors that were all warped and poorly painted, and the frames were damaged too. I had to order replacements from Decor Kitchen, but those also had defects. Now I'm on my third set of replacements, and I've been without a kitchen for 6 months. *** at Fabuwood says I have to talk to Decor Kitchen about my concerns, but Decor Kitchen complains about the shipping costs for ordering replacements. Nobody cares about how much this whole mess is costing me. I've been patient, but it feels like dealing with the Mafia. Nobody wants to take responsibility, and all I get is apologies and being told to wait 8 weeks for a replacement. I'm done. This is the first time in 45 years that my wife and I won't be having Thanksgiving Dinner with our family in our own home, which is our family tradition. Fabuwood needs to be held accountable for the impact their bad product has on customers. Right now, I'm being forced to accept a bad product just so I can have a functioning kitchen again. It's a disgrace. I want my money back.

I orderd Fabuwood cabinets thru *** Distributors. My shipment showed up 6 weeks later almost completly damaged. I contacted the distributor and filled out an RMA form to get all the damaged units replaced, provided photos several times and finally a video with voice over detailing the damage of each cabinet. I was told only some units would be replaced, that I had to remove and keep doors and accessories like pullout drawers ( that I paid extra for) and reuse them at my own cost and time. Most of the doors have damage and I asked for replacements but was told no. No two months later, I still do not have replacements and no one knows anything. Fabuwood will not help me unless it is directly thru the distributor. The distributor cannot give me any feedback as to which replacements I am getting or when because the rep at Fabuwood does not communicate to them. Yesterday, Oct 3, I finally reached a Fabuwood supervisor who said she will look into my problem. This process has taken two months and I just received notice last night, Oct 3rd at 7:06 pm that replacement delivery will arrive between *** on October 5, 2022. I live in a condo with rules. I cannot reserve the freight elevator for days on end just in case these cabinets show up. Nor can I keep my contractor on high alert and pay him to hang out all day. The first delivery back in the beginning of August showed up 1 day and several hours early where we did not have an elevator on hold. I had to beg maintenance to let me share with another contractor that day. Besides damaged, scraped, dented and broken units, Fabuwood customer service has completely ignored all requests to supply RMA list, actual delivery dates and provide a one party shipper instead of three party shipper who damages everything. This has been a terrible experience. I was told NO refund only replacements and that I have to dispose of unusable cabinets at my cost. Also, I have to reschedule this Oct 5 shipment due to NO elevator.
