STILL no email
We have 2 domains with extendnet. On 14 July the first one went down, I read the notice on their site that they were having issues & waited 10 days. After nothing changed I logged a ticket. I actually got a reply within a day (miracles do happen) where they said they had moved my domain to a new iNfinity Domain account so I could at least access my emails. I followed their instructions but got nowhere. It looks like they didn't set it up correctly & managed to create a loop. I have chased on several occasions, to no avail & now our main domain has also gone down! Can't even move the first domain & only just renewed the second one!
Desired outcome: Either resolve problems (& appalling customer service) or release both domains & refund the renewal fee on the second

A sporting organistation that I run a website for, had their domain with this bunch when I took over 2 years ago. We had several issues back then from not replying to any requests to change correspondence names etc. The final straw tho has been the renewal of our domain with eXtendnet. Invoice paid 23/3/2022, yes we have now been told its unpaid and our domain will lapse... Try to acces eXtendnet website and WOAHHHH Firefox, Edge etc all scream "Potentially dangerous site"
Trading standards will be notified and I have asked Nominet to investigae them too.
Desired outcome: Please please please stop these people from trading ( or rather not offering any services they charge for ))
Hosting and support tickets - no response
Whenever a support ticket has been issued previously, there was an unreasonable delay in response time. Currently have invoices for multiple domain renewal, the first reminder was in October. Only wish to renew some of them and informed them by reply on 31st Oct. Support tickets issued for each domain indicating which to renew, which to expire and more replies to emails. Still no response on 09/11/2015. Now concerned that without new invoice, ALL domains will be expire and have to repurchase. Issue with hosting they disabled certain ajax functions. My ticket was ignored and then when i complained deleted by admin.
