Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers review: Over priced oil change and bad service
I had my oil changed and was charged and excessive rate $161.77. I had a $20 off coupon and they did not take off. I called the store due to $20 not taken off I was told I could pick up cash or put to another service. They never checked to see if I had oil pressure afterwards never ask me about my air filter, tires not checked or air put in. What I was charged and the service I received was shocking. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have never paid for an oil change and cost this much.. Ever.
Desired outcome: I would like to be charge a reasonable rate or given a full refund. Rates should be posted or discussed prior to service. The most expensive 10min oil change in and around the state. I definitely was not anticipating this cost .
