Express Fence - I got my fence from Express Fence Inc in 2017, and they said it had a 5-year warranty, but they don't cover problems with the 'natural material'

I got my fence from Express Fence Inc in 2017, and they said it had a 5-year warranty, but they don't cover problems with the 'natural material'. After 3 years, the posts are all wobbly, and some of the nails have come out because of the wobbly posts. I've tried emailing, calling, sending photos, and even texting, but no one will come to fix it. They just say it's because of the wood changing naturally. They don't take the problem seriously or accept any responsibility to come and check it out. My neighbors have given up too and are fixing their fences themselves, which costs them more money. The warranty they promised isn't worth the ink it was printed with.
