My husband and I went to a seminar about neuropathy on June 14 with Exodus Medical. The presentation was given by Haley S. We decided to schedule a consultation at their office on June 18 for a consultation and a 16-point check. They charged us $49 each at the seminar. During the consultation, Haley gave a very impressive presentation, making it seem like their program would be a miracle or cure for us. I was hesitant and asked a lot of questions. Every time, Haley insisted that we could cancel the program and get a refund at any time after signing up. My husband, who is handicapped and in the final stages of life, was willing to try anything for his neuropathy. On the other hand, I don't have neuropathy, but Haley kept insisting that their program could also help me with supplements and stem cell injections! I repeatedly told her during the consultation that I wouldn't proceed until I consulted my family doctor. When I questioned the paperwork I was signing, she once again emphasized that I could cancel at any time. Little did I know, I was actually signing up for a loan!

I wanted to have a consultation at Exodus Medical on January 4th, but a few days later, I changed my mind and decided to cancel any visits, consultations, and equipment. However, I am now being charged $3400 for something I never received. They are so unprofessional, and I will take this matter to a small claims court if necessary!

My husband can walk without a walker for the first time in 5 years in less than 9 months of care. Yes, it is an investment in your health and very little is covered by insurance but we were tired of the prescription drugs and the same old stuff that didn't work. We feel blessed that we decided to dedicate to this program and are excited to see more improvements.

These doctors really care about my health. They saved my life from my diabetes and neuropathy. It's an investment in your health, but at least they were the first ones to give me a solution that actually worked. I'm not on any drugs for pain anymore and don't need my cane. I can feel the pedals of my car again and I can now drive by myself. Give these people a chance. This works!

This place is a complete scam. They make you bring your partner along to sign some agreement because your insurance won't cover it. They're charging me a whopping $15,000 for services they never even provided. I talked to them and sent a letter asking them to cancel the loan, but they're saying I signed a contract and they won't refund a single penny. I'm gonna take this to Small Clams Court. I definitely don't recommend this place.

I had an appointment for a screening. The screening was just a bunch of questions that could have been done over the phone. They made another appointment for me to come back. They took my co-payment for this visit before they even saw me. I called and cancelled the appointment a few days later. They won't mail my co-payment and said I have to come to the office to pick it up and show an ID. It's a two-hour drive for me, which is why I cancelled the appointment. I think this way of doing business is really unprofessional.
