I got an eVisa with this Company and my travel will be on June. The service was ok, but I'm worried because I don't get to check my eVisa at the Vietnam official site, the code doesn't function. The Company told me that they used an email from the eVisa Express, not my email, because of It I don't get to check it.
Is Someone had the same problem with this Company?

Dear Madam, our Agency always uses our own e-mail address when applying on behalf of our customers, this way when eVisa is approved, we receive it first and we are able to make sure the provided information on your eVisa is correct, before forwarding it to you. While we cannot provide the e-mail address we use for the application process for security reasons, we are more than happy to provide a screenshot from the Immigration Office's website as a proof that your eVisa was officially approved and it is traceable in their system.
