Dreadful company from start to finish. Quick to grab at your money. Slow to get back to you. Clueless in preparing your visa. Unable to provide itemized billing. It’s shocking a company can take thousands of dollars from you and treat you so badly. Beware of Gabriela Daniels a particularly difficult employee who does not listen and needs prompting to respond to serious complaints. Please beware of this company. I am a present taking them to court as I don’t believe these people should get away with such terrible behaviour

This company called Universal Immigration Services Canada (uiscanada.com) are really sketchy. They seem like they're just out to take your money and leave you high and dry. Their customer service is practically non-existent and when you do get someone on the phone, they're not very helpful. I can't believe that the Canadian government would actually allow them to operate like this. It's a real shame that people like this are allowed to take advantage of innocent people who are just looking for some help.

I looked into using their services to help my mom immigrate to Canada, but I quickly realized that they were just trying to gouge us for as much money as possible. They claimed that they had all these connections and could help us with everything, but they provided us with nothing but empty promises. They kept pushing us to pay more and more money, but we never saw any results. Eventually, we had to cut our losses and find someone else to help us.

The site was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed on visas. I gotta say, I'm really lookin' forward to gettin' some advice from them on how to take the next steps with my visa.
