Evernote Corporation review: Evernote has erased my account

I had an Evernote account undera specific email address, it was a free account with things I had written since I was younger, I know the email I know the password, but it wouldn't log me in. It kept telling me the email wasn't recognised.

I THEN, this is really important, this is the correct order of events, i THEN tried to “log in” using Google, which it used a PASSKEY to do, and it has in fact opened a BRAND NEW account, a BRAND NEW empty account under my email address that i already had my 2016 account under, and I don't understand why.

Please understand, there is an empty account under that email because it won't let me log out, won't let me delete it, and I didn't want to create a new account in the forst place, I wanted to log into an account I've had since 2016. The email address for which is now being used for a fresh account that Google made using a passkey on january 3rd.

I'm confused and very worried and Evernote does not delete accounts so where is my original account please?"

i sent this to evernote, its over a MONTH later at this point. The automated response i received was unhelpful and irrelevant and stated that if i need further help to reply to it. Which i did on jan 3rd (including multiple screenshots showing my issues). i then received a reply from "Jay" on jan 8th telling me to reply again if i still need help. I did. three further times. first on the 8th again, second on the 29th (absolutely ridiculous considering the response time is supposed to be 3 days), and third on 8 feb. i then got even more desperate as my mental health is failing at this point from being blatantly IGNORED, and i sent my own email AGAIN and received an auto email soon after telling me the email address i contacted isnt even monitored, which is obviously fantastic.

I am now emailing every single email address i can find that contains the word or the subtitle "support" because, shockingly, i need support. i have explained myself, whatever evernote has done is abysmal, broken, shocking and the fact they dont even care anymore is beyond me considering what they originally set out to be for creative users in need of a consistent anchor for their outlets.

I am no longer asking for help, im not above begging, but i am simply demanding a response regarding my ORIGINAL request, explaining what the hell happened, how evernote has managed to mess everything up beyond recognition, and where my account that ive used since 2016 is with all the content on it. it was a diary for my mental health that i require access to, even if it is only to download it all to stop evernote from royally messing my life up further.

someone, if anyone even works there, before i seek further assistance above the company support system itself, tell me where my account is, and give it back.
