I ordered a free book and another $10 book for a total of $12.95. They have used my credit card to charge me a total of $119.84! I tried calling them but you can only listen to a recording to write to customerservice@espired.com (for which I have had no response) OR to “go through the portal for my account (which I never set up because I am NOT a member) AND I tried to “sign up through the portal today in order to communicate with them) BUT it’s impossible because after you create a password, it comes up with a red notice that “all fields must be filled out” but there WERE no other fields. I’m stuck in an endless loop which is costing me a small fortune. This has been ongoing for three months. HELP, PLEASE!
I also want a refund of all the money that was STOLEN from my account the past three months. By the way, I am 72 years old and cannot afford these ripoffs. I only ordered the one book to see if our church might want to order some for the youth.

I stand corrected. The company DID refund the two charges; I did not see the - sign, it being a credit instead of a debit. Still--no one to answer the phone, you can't sign up for an "account", they automatically charge your credit card a monthly fee, etc. Not good business practices.
