On the 08 October 2019 I agreed to a settlement arrangement with a discounts of 30%.
I requested the breakdown statement the same day and was ignored.
The following day on the 09 October 2019 and requested the breakdown statement as I need to understand the charges as the amount was double the principal or handed over amount.
It was only sent on the 09 October 2019 after a second request and I paid that day.
Now am requesting a paid up letter and am been told that there is an outstading balance that I need to pay as they never captured the arrangement on the sysytem.
The is not my problem and I need that paid up the letter before or on the 18 October 2019

Doctor claimed that I haven’t paid several fees years ago but it was total lie in addition to that Van Rhyns proved to be unprofessional company because they were stupid enough to ignore plain evidence…
