I signed up for a free Kids Guide for our Country's 250th anniversary and I have been charged SO many times with booklets I never asked for or ordered. I have sent 2 emails to try to cancel and called the number provided but you can't get through to a person - the call drops after their pre recorded message. I want my money back that I have been charged without my permission! DO NOT subscribe to this company or give them any cc info!
Claimed loss: As of today $108.78
Desired outcome: Get all charges back that I was charged!

Just return the books since you did not ask for them
That is a textbook negative-option subscription trap, and you are not alone in this. Here is the systematic plan: call your credit card company immediately and report the charges as unauthorized recurring transactions, request a chargeback for all of them, and ask them to block any future charges from this merchant. Then send one final email to support@espired.com with "CANCEL IMMEDIATELY - UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES" in the subject, state you never agreed to a subscription, demand a full refund, and keep a copy for your records. Also file a complaint with the FTC and your state Attorney General's consumer protection division; they track these patterns. Do not waste more time on their broken phone system. Your bank is your strongest ally here.
