So, I was trying to buy some stuff from Escentual, but then they went and cancelled my order without even telling me. I was pretty cheesed off about it, so I sent them an email to ask what the heck was going on. And you know what they said? They said I was trying to resell their products! Can you believe that? I mean, I just wanted to buy some nice perfume for myself, not start some kind of black market operation or something.

Anyway, I guess I can kind of see why they might think that. I mean, I did order a lot of stuff all at once, and maybe it looked like I was trying to stock up for some kind of resale scheme. But still, they could have at least given me a heads up before they cancelled my order. And now I'm left without my perfume, which is a real bummer.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Escentual. I mean, I get that they don't want people reselling their products, but they could have handled the situation a lot better. Maybe they could have asked me some questions or something before just assuming the worst. Oh well, I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to buy my perfume from now on.

I ordered this Bioderma thing from Escentual and it was supposed to be delivered to me, but it never came. I spent almost $100 on it, including shipping, and I'm pretty bummed that I never got it. I tried to check the delivery status and see if there were any updates on the shipping, but there was nothing. It's been a while now and I still haven't received anything. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying out this product, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

So, I recently ordered a bottle of aftershave from Escentual, which cost me a whopping ?85. However, I was quite disappointed with the delivery time as it took a full week to arrive. To make matters worse, the packaging was very poor for an item of this price. I mean, come on, where's the wow factor and customer experience that would make us want to return?

I was really looking forward to receiving my aftershave, but the whole experience left me feeling quite let down. I expected more from a company that charges such high prices for their products. The fact that it took so long to arrive and was poorly packaged just added insult to injury.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Escentual based on my experience. If you're looking for a company that provides a great customer experience and delivers products in a timely manner, then I suggest you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service and value for money.

Escentual is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. My experience with them was terrible. I placed an order, but unfortunately, it was not delivered to me. When I contacted their customer service, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional representative named Nikki. She was extremely unhelpful and tried to shift the blame onto me, saying that I had given the wrong address. This was not true, and I found her attitude to be very disappointing.

Overall, I think that Escentual is a sad excuse for a company. Their customer service is pathetic, and they failed to deliver my order. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service and are more reliable.
