Medical software which is constanly breaking down & never allows meaningful use of data entry, storage, retrieval or use at least as advertised. Cost Mercy Health $1/2 billion dollars, while pen & paper, scanned with a $200 scanner & stored by Windows XP (or in a PDF file) would have yielded better useability. Surprised more lawsuits haven't been filed against these guys... my guess is that this recorded/retrievable information is so incomplete that despite the fact that they should make a great plaintiff attorney's target, you can't build-up an adequate case! I suspect it will only be a matter of time.

It sucks. I will no longer admit patients due to this unbelievably complicated software. For now on, only out patient surgery, let younger docs mess with it (I am only 55, way to go Obama, just when this country needs more physicians, you cram this crap down our throats).
