As of November of 2016, Glenn Camp motioned to have the judgement which was ordered by the court in Venture County to be dissolved and reheard thou a Trial de Nov. This motion was heard and the court ordered Glenn Camp to pay the original judgement plus an additional 500.00. Since this judgement is against Environ Board Corp. I have reached out to the Co. Chair with Glenn B. Camp, William J. Peiffer, counsel and an attorney (New Jersey)for Environ Board Corp. He originally promised my attorney at the time this note was originally due to make full payment on the note as well as pay late fees and attorneys fees. He will not respond to my reaching out for this note to be paved even after Camp has taken it as far as it will go regarding the Trial de Nov. Why after the court hearings will Camp and Peiffer who have many time made promises to satiate this overdue note make restitution. I seek other individuals in the same predicament as myself for aid and assistance.

Will not repay loan.
I was awarded a Judgement on a loan I gave to Glenn B. Camp/Enviro Board Corp dated 2/7/14 and due for payment on 8/6/14. I loaned this company and Glenn B. Camp $10, 000.00. The judgement debtor (EB/Glenn Camp) owes me $10, 085.00. I consistently am given promises of dates of payment. This has been going on for nearly 2 years. This company being so large gives me pause to have a concern. Why will they not pay me? There have been numerous unmet promises made by both Glenn B. Camp (Co.-Chair) and William Peiffer (Counsel and Co.-Chair) of Enviro Board Corp. which many are documented. At the time this loan was made 1/2 share of common stock from the company was given to me as an incentive to loan the funds. Valued at that time of $10, 000.00 I have requested to tender the stock. Information regarding this is never forthcoming. Many demand letters have been issued to both Co.-Chairs with no payment given. I am hoping this will be resolved by the 25th of June 2016 as indicated to me via e-mail from Glenn B. Camp.

Withholding funds on a loan given
July 8th has come and almost over. No payment. A usual excuse: "...This was the date a friend promised me the funds - the delays have been on his part not mine - it's a disbursement from an overseas account...banking issue is being fixed - ..." This is so similar to many documented delays over the past two years. Something different is he is now putting the blame on a friend. I wish I knew the friend as I would approach him for payment. Hoping this will reach someone or an entity who can assist and aid in having the judgement paid and severing all connection with this individual and so-called Enviro Board Corp.
Please note that as expected Glenn B. Camp notified me(David Heifetz) that the new date of payment will now be July 8th. This delay can be added to the dozens I can document of previous delays made by both Glenn B. Camp and William Peiffer.
I have not been paid through numerous attempts either - need to do a forensic accounting investigation on them
As of this date 11/03/17 Enviro Board Corp. and Glenn B. Camp have not paid the loan back. A judgement was issued by Ventura County and Camp refuses to honor it.

I too lost money with Enviroboard. I was told about the company by a rep in LPL financial in Westlake village. I am head-manning a case against LPL for lack of supervision of one Joshua Mosshart. Did you buy thru LPL or Mosshart? Robert [protected]
