poor window construction

we had 11 windows put in dec11 a yr later the slider needed fixed. no charge may 12 needed one hung window repaired. oct 13 cleaned windows for 1st time open windows to cleamn parts fell out. of 2 windows so they want $49 a window to fix it now one window won;t open and we are still paying on them until dec14 I emailed the local company and still haven;t heard back from them. suppose to be lifetime on these but you still have to pay for repairs while making payments on them. We would not recommed this company. beautiful windows but very poor craftsmanship oon them.
