Embody review: Scripted customer service with no accountability.

I was duped by positive reviews about him Embody. Initially it looked promising with all the communications. Later I found out that despite emailing and calling my issues were ignored. No one showed up to my initial consult. When I called it was noted I had done things correctly and I would have received a phone call which I never did. No one ever showed up. When I try to avoid a future shipment due to surgery it was ignored and sent anyway. I tried to cancel my remaining balance but it was refused.
