Embody review: I should have done my research! Don't do it!

I signed up with EMBODY on 8.13.26. Paid for 3 months GLP 1 Terzepitide, NAD, and to be a VIP (supposedly get a personal customer service person. What a joke! I had already been taking the GLP 1 with another reputable company paying almost triple what EMBODY was offering. So, I switched. It has been a nightmare and only the 1st month. The VIP person, sent 1 text, and I talked with him 1 time and he never has responded after that. You will communicate and chat circles with AI bots and never get a resolution. Ive tried to attend a medical review for the NAD, I was on a video hold for over an hour, they never popped on, I was chatting at the same time trying to get help, they told me to disconnect and keep my phone close, someone would call. Never happened. It's been over a month, and they have me listed as a missed medical review apt. Still no NAD which you pay for everything up front. I have had to work way to hard to try to get customer service. Just cancelled everything today! They still owe me what I pay for, because this company ignores refund requests. It is Fraudulent not to receive what you pay for. My suggestion, is save your frustration and don't pick them for your needs. I have screenshots of everything! Even the video apt showing me on hold and chatting with their help.
