I switched from windows 7 to 11. em client synced then stopped a few days later. I tried reinstalling it. then I realized it was because i didn't use activation key so i activated it. As of Jan 20th it stopped syncing. it acts like it's syncing then stops & shows red triangle right of email address & doesn't show an error. Google shows that it's giving em Client permission. It acts like it's syncing then stops and shows red triangle icon right of gmail address. operation shows no errors

Desired outcome: a working em Client that doesn't stop syncing.

Hi Diane, the red triangle means there is a connection error.
Please open the Menu>Operations window, copy both the Error and Log tabs, and send the details to info@emclient.com so we can help you troubleshoot.

Connection errors can have many causes, not only server issues and incorrect settings, but also issues with the internet connection or collision with a different app installed on your device (like external Antivirus, Firewall and VPN apps which might block eM Client).
