I placed an order on November 27, 2023. My credit card was charged Nov 28, 2023. I have sent 4 emails (there is no phone number on the website) to inquire as to where my merchandise is. I recieved a response to only one of those emails, on Dec 20, 2023, saying they were experiencing high volume and my order was now in production. It is now Jan 31, 2024 and I still do not have my order, nor any further response to my additional inquiries.

I recently bought a shirt from Ellie Shirt and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. The material is super soft and comfortable, and the fit is just right. I've had issues with shirts being too tight in the past, but this one fits just right. I also love the design - it's simple but stylish, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.
