Ellie Shirt

I placed an order on November 27, 2023. My credit card was charged Nov 28, 2023. I have sent 4 emails (there is no phone number on the website) to inquire as to where my merchandise is. I recieved a response to only one of those emails, on Dec 20, 2023, saying they were experiencing high volume and my order was now in production. It is now Jan 31, 2024 and I still do not have my order, nor any further response to my additional inquiries.

So, I ordered the Ellie Shirt from ellieshirt.com and it said it would take 5 to 7 days to arrive. But, it's been 11 days now and I haven't received anything yet. I tried messaging them about it, but haven't gotten a reply. Honestly, I'm not too thrilled about this situation.

So, I went ahead and ordered from Ellie Shirt. I was excited to get my hands on some new clothes, but boy was I disappointed. They took my money right away, but I never received my order. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but I never got a response. It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money and don't get anything in return. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, so be careful.

So, I ordered from Ellie Shirt on July 16th and they took my money right away. But, after that, I didn't hear anything from them. No updates, no info, and definitely no items. It's really frustrating and honestly, pretty irresponsible. I was really excited to get my order, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever see it. I hope they get their act together soon because this is not a good look.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from this website to stay away. The owner of this website clearly has no idea how to run a business and does not care about their customers. It's a shame that places like this still exist.

So, I decided to give Ellie Shirt a try and ordered a white shirt for my daughter. The shirt had a cool message on it that said "I shine, you shine, we all shine." However, when the shirt arrived, I was disappointed to see that it was a V-neck shirt instead of the round neck one that I had ordered. To make matters worse, the message was printed on the back of the shirt instead of the front.

I was really upset about this and tried to contact their customer service, but to my surprise, there was no response. I was left feeling frustrated and angry.

Overall, I would not recommend Ellie Shirt to anyone. Their customer service is seriously lacking and the product I received was not what I ordered. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out their products, but now I will be looking elsewhere for my daughter's clothing needs.

But, to my disappointment, I never received my order. I've been trying to get in touch with them to find out what happened, but I can't seem to find a phone number anywhere. I've sent them three emails already, but they haven't responded to any of them. I'm starting to get really frustrated, and I just want to know where my order is. It's been almost a month now, and I'm still waiting. If anyone from Ellie Shirt is reading this, please let me know where my order #864 from June 20th, 2020 is. I'm really hoping that this is just a mistake and that I'll get my order soon.
