I gotta say, my experience with Ellebabe has been a bit of a mixed bag. I gave them a 3 out of 5 stars because I'm not entirely sure how many masks I actually bought. It looked like 6, but the website didn't say for sure. The shield mask I got was clear that it was just one item, though. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get 6 of the grey masks like I thought I was ordering.

I'm also curious to see how the quality of the masks will be once I receive my order. If they're good, I'd definitely be down to order more. But man, I wish the number of masks in the pack was more clear. It would've saved me some confusion.

Overall, I'm still willing to give Ellebabe a chance. I just hope they can improve their website and make things more clear for customers. Thanks!

So, I recently ordered some masks from Ellebabe and I gotta say, I was a little disappointed with the options available. When I completed my order, I noticed that I only ordered two masks, but I didn't see any confirmation that I would be receiving two masks. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get both of them.

Another thing that bugged me was that I couldn't choose different colors for each mask. I really wanted a pink one and a blue one, but I had to settle for just one color. And don't even get me started on the lack of neutral colors. I mean, come on, where's the white, natural, and black options?

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Ellebabe. The pictures on the website don't match the actual products you receive. The vendor is based in China and the website seems to be fake. They just copy and paste content from other websites. Even though they promise fast shipping, it takes more than a month to receive your order. And if you're not happy with what you get, tough luck - there's no way to cancel or get a refund. I had to learn this the hard way.

I wanted to return them, but the return policy was so complicated and I had to pay $40 for the shipping of my orders, which was their mistake for sending me another 6 pairs. It's been 2 months now and I still haven't received my money back. This has been a truly awful experience and I will definitely not be buying from this company again.

And to make matters worse, they sent me an Australian tracking number that doesn't even work. When I tried to track my package, I got an error message that said something like "We couldn't find your tracking number. Tracking number might be incorrect or not in our system yet. It can take a while to show up here, so check back later. Learn more". What the heck does that even mean? When I reached out to their customer service team, they told me that the tracking number couldn't be tracked until it arrives in my country. Um, excuse me? That makes absolutely no sense. I'm starting to think that I'm never going to get my order. I'm so frustrated that I'm thinking about asking for a refund and blasting them on social media. This is just not cool.
