I am so disappointed with Missy Blossoms! Their customer service is just plain horrible. I really could have used a heads up before ordering from them. I've sent them a bunch of emails but have yet to get a reply. I was really excited when I got my tracking number for my order but now I've been waiting for weeks and USPS has no record of my package or the tracking number that Missy Blossoms gave me.

What's even worse is that I don't think they care about their customers at all. I mean, why would they leave me hanging like this? It's like they just took my money and ran. I'm really upset and just want my money back at this point. I'm never going to buy from them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either.

I really hope that Missy Blossoms gets their act together soon. It's not right to treat customers like this. If they don't, they're going to end up losing a lot of business. And the sole of the shoe is basically just a hard, plastic piece that's been sewn directly onto the felt or whatever the upper material is made of. There's no give or cushioning at all, which makes these shoes feel more like Barbie accessories than actual footwear.

They asked me to double-check my address, and they would send me another set of boots. I followed up with them again, asking for a tracking number, or a refund because I hadn't received anything. They responded back, saying the carrier lost my package AGAIN in the second week of December, two whole months since I first ordered! And they still hadn't responded to my refund request. That's when I had enough, so I fought back and filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. In short, I've never dealt with such terrible, awful-worse-than-bad service!
