Elite Home Warranty review: Do not waste your money ( 1 comment)

Do not use this company, they take the money and don't render service (they simply subcontract other companies and then tell you that the item is not covered under warranty).
It happened to me already and also in another instance they made me wait on one appointment, and no one showed up. When I called they said that they would investigate but no one did anything or called me back, just a different supervisor every time I ask for one.
Like someone else noted they are just a bunch of kids answering the phone. And every time there is someone new answering the phone (many people there leave because they realize what's going with that company).
When I realized how bad they were, I asked for a refund because of their unavailability to render decent service, and they would not refund me, even if I had not used their service once because they bailed on me.
I filed a complaint also with the bbb against this company.
Do you research and see how many bad reviews are out there for this company and don't believe what they advertise that they have no negative reviews.
