Advanced Level Roofing were great to work with, from start to finish. Their competitive rates and attention to every detail was reassuring. The crew were efficient, respectful of my property and very thorough in cleaning everything up around them. In fact, at least a dozen other neighbors also hired this company. Very impressed.

They delivered exactly as promised. Done in one day with a high quality roof at a good price. The thing that impressed me the most and left me feeling positive is the attention they paid to the clean up when they were done. It was that attention to detail that makes me feel confident I made the right choice. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to end. I received several texts to let me know, when they were dropping off our roof shingles/equipment and when the roof would get done. Their employees were all very polite and they all worked great and efficiently as a team. The results were awesome and I couldn't be happier. I Highly recommend them.

DHad a quote from them to do my small roof that was to be done in 7 days. *** passed they told me would be another 7 days. time passed again they told me maybe another 10 days. Trying to get my deposit back but communications on there end is basically non existent.I'm a pensioner and thought with all these stars and high rating i would not have any concerns."

Our experience could not have been any better starting from day 1 with our quote from the handsome and very knowledgeable *** and ***. They exceeded our expectations completing the job within 1 week and all in one day. The crew had accidently broke a glass top on a small patio table and let us know right away and that they would replace it. When they left after completing the job I went out to take a look and not only did they do a great clean up they had already replaced the broken glass on the table. I would highly recommend them.

Brady came by the house and gave us some great information. Based on his info, we requested a quote. The quote was free and quickly received. Based on the scope of work, we requested a work order be submitted. We were told an approx date of completion and other than a rain delay (June in Calgary of 1 day) the crew of approx 4 showed up, were set up quickly and got to work. Everything completed in 1 day. They even cleaned the eaves troughs. A GREAT team. Site was clean and the team very professional. Follow up of updated roof pictures. I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Level roofing from the experience that we had.

I received multiple quotes from Advanced Level Roofing, after my neighbor decided to use them I decided to hire somebody else after his experience. *** Tools and materials were dropped off the side of the roof hitting my house and neighbors house multiple times. *** When I called the contact number nobody answered the phone, or replied to texts. Nobody reached out to me until days later.

Great deal for reshingling with Class 4 (hail resistant) shingles as estimator Vipin was able to offer discounts with a number of neighbors booking at the same time. All work was completed with high standards as promised by Vipin and performed by David and his 5 person team. Tarp was laid out around the house, tear out completed with debri moved by hand to trailer on street so no damage to landscaping, underlayment, drip edging, flashing in valleys and around skylight and chimney, shingles installed 6 nails per shingle. Clean up great and everything done in half a day! No problems coming back for a couple of small spots I wanted extra sealant on. So I can strongly recommend Advanced Level Roofing based on my experIence.

Very professional and informative initial meeting with their representative Alexander. He was not pushy at all, and presented many different payment options since our finances were strained by the pandemic. We received a detailed offer and arranged the financing for it. Later, it turned out that the shingles we wanted were not available, and we then chose more expensive shingles from a different manufacturer. However, by bundling the work on our house with work on other houses in the neighbourhood, Advanced Level Roofing was able to reduce the price enough to cover the additional costs. Their workers were friendly and very experienced. They cleaned up very well after the job. We were very happy with the entire experience.

I had a salesman, Matt, show up at my door a couple of weeks ago telling me that I need my roof reshingled, and could he give me an estimate. He showed up again the next day with an estimate that he used *** maps to estimate the size of my roof. Not being a dummy, I contacted three other roofing companies for estimates. One was too busy but warned of companies that just show up at your door. The other two companies came out and got up on my roof for close to a half-hour each and both said that I do not need my roof done and probably won't for another two years! One company still did give me an estimate that was almost half of what Advanced Level was going to charge. When the time comes that I do have to replace my roof, I certainly will NOT use this company. This was in Edmonton.

These folks where great from start to finish. Within an hour or two of requesting a quote on the website their estimator Brady contacted me and booked a time to come by. He went over step by step what the crew would do, which went into far more detail than I had received from other companies. Due to the weather it did take them some time to get out and start the job but that was understandable. When they where finally able to start I was told crew would be at arriving at 7 and they arrived right on the dot. They took care to ensure my lawn did not sustain any damage from the trailer (can't even tell it was there). Crew was quick and efficient, from start to finish the job was done in about 5 hours. They did a great job cleaning up, took care when removing the tarps to not drop anything, gutters cleared out, multiple passes around the house to ensure no debris. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof done.

Advanced Level Roofing have completed a large number of homes in our neighbourhood, so when the estimator came around he was very thorough and knowledgeable and we proceeded to have our roof done. *** was completed and then it rained heavily in ***. Three days later, we had water damage in our pantry. We called and connected with the supervisor who did send someone out to fix something on the roof and the a few days later fix something else. We called about fixing the damage. First excuse was the leak came from the chimney on the other side of the roof and it was not their issue to deal with. Then the supervisor agreed to come and fix the damage and said he would be there on Monday, but could not give us a time. I re-arranged my schedule to work from home that day. He did not show up, nor was there a phone call to a re-scheduled a time. In fact there was no contact at all and it has been will over a month. We fixed it ourselves! We understand that things can happen and we are not upset by it, but the manner that the repair was (in our case, was not) dealt with is unprofessional.

I would not recommend Advanced Level Roofing to anyone based on *** The salesmen was awesome, organized and accommodating. Unfortunately he promised safety, all roofing debris carried to the front with bin and deposited there and a clean yard. After the workers on one day I had to pick up debris including cigarette butts off my very dry summer grass, as well as roofing materials that had fallen on my neighbours yard. On Day one, they laid my sons new basketball net on it's face damaging the rim and breaking the net. I had to call my contact when it was windy as one of their ladders had been left up going to my roof, no workers were around. I pointed out I had children and dogs. I was told it was secure. My neighbour also picked up garbage from meals that made it into their yard. Once the work was done and crew left, over the next two days I stepped not once, but twice on roofing nails. I then found another 4 on my deck. I have dogs and kids, and anyone of them could have stepped on them. I notified their office and asked for my sons basketball net to be repaired and told them about my experience with the workers and the site. I was told someone would get back to me. I paid my *** in full. I followed up and was directed to the *** of operations requesting that they replace or fix the basketball net that their staff damaged. Nothing came of it except an exchange of emails. I would have appreciated an apology and that the company repair or replace damaged property.

roofing work has lot of problems as seen by someone who checked it out. They didn't fix the problems and took money from our credit card without asking.

We gave Advanced Level Roofing Corp. 7612.50 bucks for a new roof on Oct 31 and they did it that day. But then the roof leaked from the drip edges. We told them and they sent some dude who said they didn't do it right. They said they'd fix it when it got warmer in Nov. But now it's June/10 and they sent another dude who said he ain't touching it and they gotta replace the whole roof.

This company ain't giving back our deposit even though we ain't hiring them no more. They said they'd fix the outside of our crib after a hail storm messed it up, but we changed our minds and they won't give us our money back. My mom owns the place and she's disabled, so it ain't right to keep a grand from her. We tried to work something out with them, but they ain't budging. Don't recommend.

Advanced Level Roofing Corp. was hired to fix our roof for a lot of money. They did the job but broke a sidewalk block and messed up our yard and our neighbor's yard. We told them and they sent someone to fix the sidewalk and clean up some of the mess. But then we found more damage to our deck and they spilled tar on it. We tried to contact them but they won't answer our calls or messages. Now it's snowing and we can't see the damage. They did say they would pay for a damaged oil lantern but we haven't heard from them.
