Amazing! That is how I would rate Community Wide. The nearest branch is over an hour from my home but I still use them. Their dedication and customer service is second to none! THANK YOU COMMUNITY WIDE!

Jarrod is a very patient and easy to work with employee. I just want you to know I appreciate getting help by someone like him.

The absolute worst bank for a car loan. My car should have been paid off in July but I owe more on my car then I did when I bought it. I went to trade my car in no one would help because of the amount owed. Call the office they said nothing they could do but for me to let them come get the car and still pay on it. I have never had to deal with any bank like this.

A great online experience. Safe, secure and rapid follow-up from the credit union staff both virtually and over the phone. Account set-up was easy and transactions were relatively easy to complete. Staff very professional and responsive, particularly *** the office manager. They also offered amazing CD rates for the current market compared to industry standards/rates.

I have never had a bad experience with community-wide Federal credit Union in Warsaw Indiana. Every time I go in, the individuals working behind the counter know who I am. They are exceptionally helpful and kind and efficient. My skills and knowledge lie much more in the arts so I depend on smart people to help me with the analytical side. I will forever be a customer at this Bank. I trust them with every single penny I have.

I think that the staff at the Lincolnway location in South Bend are the BEST! Angel and Christina are my girls. ?. They always say hi to me and have my account pulled up before I get to their window... that's the kind of service I appreciate. I will go out of my way to frequent this branch. The other ladies who work there are fantastic as well, I just know Angel and Christina the best. The Hickory location is my least favorite. The staff there are not very friendly and I feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I go in.

I keep getting calls from this Credit Union about an auto loan. I have explained multiple times that I do not have a loan with them and that they have the wrong number. I asked after the 5th call to stop calling me, but here's the funny thing. For them to stop calling me I am required to give them my account number or Social Security Number so, they can put a note on my account. I do not have an account with CommunityWide Federal Credit Union. I've tried to explain it in the simplest of terms, multiple times that I do not have an account with your company... but to no avail.

Terrible company to work with. Never use them for financing. I co-signed on a car loan with my daughter through Communitywide Credit Union. 3 times they stopped communicating with her insurance company, added additional cost to our agreement without initially notifying us. This resulted in late payments 3 times due to them increasing the required monthly amount. They have since partially refunded the money. But, they REFUSE to correct these late payments on my credit report. I have asked several times. I guess the best I can do now is warn anyone else that is considering using this bank. From my experience, don't.

We used CommunityWide Federal Credit Union for a vehicle loan. We had the vehicle for 2 years along with a required savings account. I had random questions throughout the loan and every time I called, I got an immediate answer from a rep. They are laid back on their 'grace' if your payment shows up a few days late as well (due to *** before my online banking was setup) and they have overall been very kind and courteous. We traded in the vehicle, so we no longer have a loan with them. I emailed to see how to close our savings account as we don't have any branches local to us, and I was pleased to get a quick response from them with an immediate account closing. I have previously worked in banking for 7 years and it was such a pleasure to see there were no hoops to jump through to get done what I needed done. I would definitely recommend them for your banking/loan needs due to great and fast customer service every single time!
