EK Training and Recruitment review: FAKE TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT 10

I have been recruited for this company to work for them. They fed me everything that I needed to hear. I resigned from a good permanent job to work for them. After a week they told me that I am no longer required and that they are letting me go because of a conversation with another colleague who I then found out was dismissed too. They are frauds and liars when I asked about my contract they kept on saying they are in the process of dealing with it and allowed me to access personal information about people that they recruit for their fake agency. They are based in North London Finchley. During my week of working for this company I have learnt many things. Never have I ever in my enitire life encountered unprofessional people. The man who runs the company ELVIS NDI told me its unfortunate and he has to let me go as there are other candidates. They will find your CV on reed and feed you lies and everything you want to hear. Please do not fall for their scam and lies. I am hurt by what they have done and cant believe that now after being employed for over three years is now looking for work again. I was told by many people including a close friend not to leave my job as they did not believe that this company was even legit. During my time their I found many faults and law suits on their hand which I was going to point out to them but now I dont not care. My job role was admin but some how told me that I had to also recruit. I hope their fake business fails and I hope people will recognise this company as frauds. If you are a dental nurse or registered nurse or a nursery manager please do not waste your time they will lie and say that they are giving you the best price available but they are scam and make a profit from feeding you fake prices. If anyone has any advise for me then please do share. But for those who are investing their time please do not do it and be influenced into their web of lies!

Isra and Sabia( people in charge from Birmngham branch ) took our money and done a runner. Alvis Ek training director was so rude and disrespectful and said he cant do anything about it. Guys it so many of us who went through it. Be careful and dont give them your money .

I have been trying to retrieve my money since August and I am appalled by the treatment from the Birmingham branch. Everytime I ring, there is an excuse to why I can't speak to the manager. They respond by claiming that the manager will call me back to which I have never been called or emailed. No one passes on my messages. When I demand confirmation that she has in fact emailed him she claims that the email system is 'down at the moment' This claim was not an issue until I requested to be also sent the email. Apparently the manager is only in the office at 11. I then questioned why then was I told he wasn't there when I rang at 11. Conveniently he was 'late' today. According to the lady I spoke to this morning he was in a meeting and would call me back in an hour or so . An hour or so later, I phoned again to be told he apparently has been out the office all day(other than when he arrived to the office late?) and will be in several meetings all day. She couldn't give me a name, number or email address or a time I'd definitely be able to speak to him. The boss of the entire company is away on holiday but the branch is unsure about how long for. I spoke to Mr Nidi himself last week who said he would call me straight back once he had the correct information from the bank. I haven't heard from him since. I'm feeling very frustrated as I literally can't do anything to get my money back. It may be a genuine issue that's occuring and therefore I do apologise if appear rude but I have been interacting with EK regularly since August and I have only received bad service. Unless you want to be pressured by the administration team into paying the money so you can then get messed around, don't bother using EK Dental training.

E and K training and recruitment are the most wretched bunch of liars and thieves, that i have ever encountered in my life. At first i spoke with someone named Luke from that company who assured me that if i pay the deposit to enroll my mom on to the course he personaly will arange several interviews himself. He also said that there is a 14 day refund period in which i can get my money back if for any reason i am displeased with them and i requested that in writing before i paid. After i paid the deposit - 420 pounds, Luke disappeared i could not for the life of me get in contact with him the other people from the company were hiding him and lying about it. I of course requested my money back a week from when i paid it and the people at EandK after redirecting 5 times and asking me to call back after each call me and trying to lie about people being busy at the moment and there being important meetings going on finally gave up and said that they do not do refunds.I am in the process of suing them right now and reporting them to trading standards. I still can not believe the audacity and nerve of these shameless liars. Their company should be shut down, and these liars should be trialled .

I am a single mother and ive always struggled to find a real job. I had initially read the reviews above and thought OMG!? but going into EK was the best thing that happened to me. They provided me with lots of information and thoroughly outlined the healthcare course that i was interested in. I attended their training a few weeks later, and once completed i received my certificates. I was given around 5 interviews within 3 weeks! After a lot of help from their team i was fully prepared and got a job. Now i do domiciliary work and i love it!

Hi, I was looking for a trainee dental nurse vacancy and came across EK on indeed.com. They had booked me for an interview and they were very polite and took their time to explain all my options. I decided to do the Dental Nurse Diploma with them and within 3-4 weeks I had a job in a dental practice near to my house. I am now attending university studying to become a dental hygienist and it all started from my 12 month course with EK. Im shockingly surprised at your disappointment with EK but overall for me it was a great experience. Would deffo recommend!

I JUST APPPLIED FOR A JOB TODAY AND THEY CALL ME IN JUST 5 MIN AND TELL ME THAT MY QUALIFICATION WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH FOR THE JOB AND NEED TO DO SOME MORE TRAINING .. AND THE COURSE WOULD COMMENCE TOMORROW AND I WOULD GET A CERTIFICATE AND AFTER THE COURSE JOB INTERVIEW AND ASKED ME TO PAY 30 POUNDS AS A BOOKING SEAT THING..BUT JUST FELT IT WAS GOING TOO FAST.. SO CHECKED THE REVIEW AND REALISED LUCKILY I DINT FALL INTO THE TRAP..

These people are ###, they took my money along with 4 of my friends. Not 1 of us got an interview of any sort. There training is the worst thing i have ever done in my life.

these people will suffer later in life Karma will get them.
