Edward Jones review: Holding my retirement account hostage!

Edward Jones is holding my retirement account hostage. I requested a transfer of funds to my bank account. All of a sudden the are telling me that I am being scammed and restricted my account. I can not get access to my money! I have reqested that the estriction be lifted many times. The finacial advisor, Phil Gartner, has not answered my emails or phone calls. I have called the fraud department and get no answer. I am not being scammed! How can they keep my money? I want my money moved to my bank account immediately but can get no response or help with this. I REPEAT, I AM NOT BEING SCAMMED!
