ETS is refusing to let me re-schedule for this required test unless I pay their expensive fee again. I tested my laptop multiple times and everything passed that week until the day of the exam. The equipment test did not pass the day of the exam on my brand new laptop and I was told it was my fault. They are cheating me and apparently many other people and causing a great deal of harm for people trying to fulfill NJ teaching requirements.

This does not even begin to address the fact that in order to prepare for one of these highly priced exams, it takes weeks, and even months to study, and study and take practice tests. This is so unfair to let them take people's money when it is obvious that the test was never taken. How can they get away with this?
