ABSOLUTELY DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY YOURSELF - ABSOLUTELY DO RETAIN (CHRIS) Allen's Automotive Appraisal - It's the BIGGEST NO - BRAIN-ER in the history of earth! Allen's Automotive is the Real Deal! Allen's Automotive did everything they promised and MORE! Travelers offered me $6,800 for our (total loss) truck - when Allen's was finished negotiated on my behalf - we received $10,700! We are absolutely THRILLED with our experience - the process worked exactly as promised! I have and will continue to refer Allen's Automotive to everyone 10/10!

I called Chris up at 6pm on a Friday, worried it was too late to contact him and I'd probably have to wait all weekend to hear back. He called back within just a few minutes. He got right to work on my case and within a very short period of time I had $6,000 more than what my insurance company originally offered me for my totaled vehicle. Incredibly detailed, kind, caring and professional. He takes his work seriously and is very good at what he does. Made the entire process very easy. So glad I made that call and would recommend him to any of my friends or family members.

Working with Allen and the team at Allen's Automotive Appraisal has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Allen walked me through every step of the process from start to finish in the DV claim on our ZL1 Camaro. Everything played out just as he said it would. The initial DV was shy of 3k, after following every step from Allen we were able to come to an agreement of $16,500 for our DV. The only question I had at the end of the process was why on earth I did not contact Allen's Automotive Appraisal sooner! Allen and everyone at Allen's deserves 10 stars! The team's experience, connections and knowledge in the industry has helped me on two occasions that have resulted in recovery of total loss and diminished value claims that far exceeded the low ball offers from the insurance company. Their guidance on the process and customer service was super helpful and very responsive. I learned through Allen's Automotive team, don't take what your insurance company offers and call Allen's Automotive if you need to keep these insurance companies in check and to get the most value out of the automobile insurance service that you are required by law to pay for!

Highly recommended! This past summer, my wife's car was backed into by a U-Hall while parked in front of our house. This was frustrating, but accidents happen. What was even more frustrating, and wasn't an accident, was when my insurance company offered $400 for a diminished value claim. The car was a 2015, in good condition, and with no prior accidents. Some back of the napkin calculations suggested a diminished value of at least 4K. I turned to Allen's Automotive Appraisal. After the normal back and forth between Allen's Automotive and the insurance company, and ultimately having to hire an umpire, Allen's Automotive was able to get a diminished value of $5,000. Obliviously, I would use Allen's Automotive Appraisal again without out a doubt!

My car was hit by a driver that caused $3,710 in repair costs. The other driver was at-fault so his insurance company paid 100% of the repair costs. There was also the concept of diminished value whereby my car's inherent value declined immediately after the accident, for which the at-fault insurance company is obligated to pay. The insurance company offered to pay me $2,600 in diminished value. I consulted with Chris Allen who prepared a thorough analysis that indicated the diminished value was closer to $5,100. He prepared documentation that I provided the insurance company, which resulted in their offer increasing from $2,600 to Chris Allen's amount of $5,100! His many years of experience in assessing car values helped solidify the higher diminished value I received from the insurance company. He was an asset throughout the claims process that resulted in more money in my pocket and less stress for me since a diminished value claim is something that can be a long, drawn-out negotiation with an insurance company.

Unfortunately in this world, Insurance; the legally required service to protect your assets and the assets of others on the road, is not on your side. They are here to collect their check and smile about it with their legal team. I digress. Speak to a professional; I personally recommend Allen's Automotive Appraisal. The process was easy; maybe 20mins of my time, and the results were way more than $1200.
