Edible Arrangements

I placed an order for Mother's day for my Grandmother a while ago! My Grandmother never received the order. At about 6 oclock I called the store questioning where the order was and if they called because my grandmother and I reside in differents states a young lady answers and says all orders are out and will arrive with in the next hour! My grandmother said she hadnt received nor heard anything. I called all night until 9pm... Nothing! It's the next day no gift for my grandmother who 70 with terminal cancer who cried all yesterday because she felt forgotten about. My order #W0076023796. I place these orders often and if you look me up I placed several in different states and they all arrived. This place took my money and had no common decentcy to even say we cant make it or something happened. I am very upset that I trusted this place and allowed them to completely ruin my Grandmother's day.
