Economy Lube review: wrong air filter installed

I took my 2011 ford ranger in for an oil change about 3 months ago. I was told I need a new air filter. I agreed. However I started developing isdues with ky truck. I took my ttuck to a mechanic and found out the air filter installed by you was wrong and was being sucked into the air intake chamber. This caused lack of air to engine and improper air to in efficiently firing of gas to run engine. I have had to replace plugs and wires and filter at my expense. I am now doubting that I was given an oil change at all, also was I given synthetic oil as paid for. I am very angry and will be posting bad reviews on every website if problem is not addressed. I have emclosed 2 pictures the one you installed and the the correct fitting one. I don't understand why an improper filter can be installed dince the iinformation is readly available on the internet. I also don't understand ìf you do not have the right part you would install a wrong part. You would build customer loyalty if you were honest and not a chop shop. Your error has now cost me $129 plus the $40 for the wrong filter you intalled.
