Econo Auto Painting & Body Works review: Unprofessional & crappy service

I took my 2003 Chevy Cavalier to Econo Paint Shop on 08/19/25 to be painted as a birthday gift. When the car was painted, I noticed the paint on the spoiler had dust and junk under the fresh paint and it looked as if the car hadn't been sanded down properly. Also, there was a chip under my driver's side mirror that wasn't filled in correctly, there were other issues that I pointed out to them when I brought it back a week later. I was told to wait thirty days and bring it back on 09/22/25. When I called out 09/22/25 the young guy that works behind the counter answered the phone like the business phone is his personal phone, with a plain "Hello," I had to ask if this is Econo Painting, very unprofessional and doesn't represent the business at all, the Spanish girl that works behind the counter is the same when answering the phone. I was told on the phone to bring it in before 10am, however he didn't tell me that originally when he told me to bring it in on 09/22/25. When I brought the car in that day (09/22/25) I forgot to bring my contract with me, so I said I left my contract on the kitchen table and I can go back home and bring it to you, the owner was very short with me to the point of being rude, we can't redo your car without the contract, and you cannot leave it on the yard until you bring the contract back. I was told by the owner to bring the car back on 10/06/25. I brought the car back on 10/06/25 and they put my car on the back burner, I was told it would be ready in two or three days, and I would receive a call, the Spanish girl never called, so I called on Friday 10/10/25, and she answered the phone unprofessional without representing the business, I asked her about my car and she said she would go check and call me back, I expected her to tell me the car was finished and ready for pickup, she didn't call me back, so I called Econo Paint Shop back and the guy that works behind the counter tells me that they haven't started on my car yet. It took them a week to finish and the paint job. The new paint job doesn't look the same as the first one, it's darker silver and doesn't sparkle like the last one.
