I bought an e-watch from the adv through an on line shopping. After receiving the watch, I found I could not select the language 'Chinese' in its setup process. I wondered why because the application "FunDo Pro" associated with the watch was developed by a Chinese software company. The watch cannot show the message of notification with the font of the chinese characters as a square (shown as the photo attached). I sent many times directly to the company's email: support@ecomerzpro.net but the emails were rejected. Visiting the company's help centre provided, but the reply was from a different company (seems like a robot machine) only attaching a manual without solving my problem. I already tried few times and got the same reply with manual only. I want to have a responsible person from the company to contact me explaining how to solve my requested problem.
