I am filing this complaint against Viagogo due to their refusal to refund me for a concert that was officially canceled.
What happened:
• In February 2024, I purchased two tickets via Viagogo for the Bi-2 concert scheduled in Dubai for February 17, 2024.
• I paid a total of €865.95.
• the event was officially canceled by the organizers.
• I contacted Viagogo multiple times to request a refund. However, they refused to issue one.
Viagogo’s unacceptable response:
• They claim to be “just a marketplace” and say they are not responsible.
• At the time of purchase, there was no clear indication that I was buying from a third party.
• Their customer service repeatedly sends generic, unhelpful replies.
• To this day, I have received no refund, no resolution, no accountability.
My current steps:
• I have filed for a chargeback through my bank.
• I am submitting formal complaints to Swiss and international consumer protection agencies.
This is a clear case of consumer rights being violated.
I demand a full refund of €865.95 and urge others to stay away from Viagogo.
More than a year I am sat for my money and there is no result . They are thief’s . I have all emails from them and all proofs .
