I ordered a motherboard from EmpowerLaptop and they charged me ?15.00 for delivery. It's been four days and the motherboard is still in flight. I don't know how it's still going, it should have run out of fuel by now. The package is only 11 hours away from Beijing. I hope it arrives soon because I need it for my computer.

So, I went on EmpowerLaptop's website and ordered 5 Asus boards. They said that they would come with proof that they were tested and all that jazz. But when I got them, there was no documentation to be found. Not cool, man. And to make matters worse, only 2 out of the 5 even worked! What a bummer. I had to go and submit a claim with PayPal to try and get some of my money back for the ones that were dead on arrival. Hopefully, they'll come through for me.

So, I bought a motherboard from EmpowerLaptop and boy was I disappointed. They sent me a motherboard that wasn't even tested. I mean, what kind of company does that? And when I tried to return it, they told me I had to pay for the shipping myself. Like, seriously? That's not how you treat your customers. And to top it off, they gave me this address in China to send it back to. I mean, I don't even know if they'll acknowledge that they received it. It's like they don't even care about their customers. So, if you're thinking about buying from EmpowerLaptop, I suggest you think twice. It's not worth the hassle.

EmpowerLaptop is a website that sells motherboards for computers. I bought a MOBO from them and was disappointed to find that it didn't come with proper antistatic protection. To make matters worse, it was covered in a lot of dust. I wouldn't have minded so much if it had worked properly once I assembled my computer, but unfortunately it didn't. I tried to get a refund by sending many emails, but all I got in response were random "solutions" that didn't address my problem. I wish I had done more research before spending my hard-earned euros on these SCAMMERS.

I gotta say, steer clear of EmpowerLaptop. I made the mistake of buying a printer part from them and it was a total bust. I reached out to them to see if I could send it back and they said yeah, just ship it back and we'll give you a refund. But when I looked up shipping costs to China, where they're based, it was crazy expensive. Like, $140 expensive. So I told them that and they said it was too much for them to cover and that I could just keep the part and they'd give me $20. I mean, come on. That's a total joke. And that's where our interaction ended. No further help or support. Just a bad experience all around.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with EmpowerLaptop. First off, the laptop arrived way later than they said it would. I was pretty annoyed about that, but I figured as long as it worked, it wouldn't be a big deal. But when I tried to mount the plate, I was in for a nasty surprise. The Nvidea chip was all messed up and the image was all distorted. I couldn't believe it!

So I contacted EmpowerLaptop to see what they could do about it. And you know what they said? They said I had to send it back to them if I wanted a refund. And get this - they charged me ?65.29 for the laptop, but they're only willing to refund me that amount minus the ?25 it costs to ship it back to them. That's just ridiculous!

Honestly, I feel like I got scammed. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from EmpowerLaptop or any other Chinese vendor. They just sell useless garbage. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable seller.

I gotta say, EmpowerLaptop is not the best place to buy your computer parts. I got a motherboard from them and it was faulty right outta the box. Like, seriously? I had to send it back to them and now they're saying they're gonna test it and tell me the truth about what's wrong with it. Yeah, right. I don't trust them one bit. And on top of that, they're making me pay for shipping back to them and they're charging me some made-up 15% fee for restocking. What a rip-off! I mean, I already paid for a faulty product, why should I have to pay even more to fix their mistake? It's just not fair. And get this, I even had the motherboard tested by someone else and they confirmed that it was faulty. But EmpowerLaptop is still asking me if I'm sure it's their product. Like, come on, guys. Take responsibility for your own stuff. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you wanna lose some serious cash.

Ordered a hard-to-find board from EmpowerLaptop a while back, but it's been a whole month and it still hasn't arrived. I've been emailing them about it, but all they keep telling me is to wait another week. I even contacted the postal service, and they told me that they lost it and that I should contact the shipper. Can you believe it? The shipper even asked me if the postal service was going to pay me for the loss. Like, seriously? Everyone knows that the shipper is responsible for the package until it arrives, which is why they insure it in the first place.

To make matters worse, I just noticed that the EmpowerLaptop website is suspended. That doesn't exactly give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that this is going to be resolved anytime soon. I mean, I understand that things happen and mistakes can be made, but this is just ridiculous. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my board at this point.

I recently purchased a used motherboard for my laptop from EmpowerLaptop and I have to say, I'm not impressed. It took them a whole month and a half to deliver it to me, which is way too long if you ask me. And to make matters worse, the keyboard on my laptop doesn't work now that I've installed the new motherboard. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's not my fault because I was super careful during the installation process. I even tried using the old keyboard, but that didn't work either. I'm pretty sure EmpowerLaptop sent me a defective motherboard and I'm not happy about it. I won't be buying anything from them again.

Yo, I gotta say, I ain't too happy with EmpowerLaptop right now. I already paid for my motherboard order and then they hit me up saying the price ain't accurate. Like, what kinda nonsense is that? But I gotta give it to them, they did offer me the option to pay more if I still wanted it or get a full refund. So I guess that's something. But still, it's a hassle and I ain't too pleased about it.

I gotta say though, their website is pretty legit. They got a lot of options for motherboards and the prices seem pretty reasonable. But I guess you gotta watch out for those mistakes, ya know?

Overall, I'm not too impressed with EmpowerLaptop's customer service. But I guess they're alright if you're willing to deal with a little bit of hassle.
