Sharetrackin definitely has some work to do, especially in their approach to handling complaints. Responding to all complaints, rather than just a few, is the key to success and a high rating, as all customers want to be heard. As for reviewers, we would advise reading resolved complaints to see how quickly they were addressed and what information Sharetrackin needed to resolve them.

Sharetrackin No payment of salary

My daughter Roelien worked as a telemarketer from 5 Oct 2011 untill 13 October 2011. She was abuse and mistreated by the owner, Riekie vd Merwe's daughter. She was her supervisor. She does not have any respect for people. They hire people and fire them within a week or two with some excuse and do not pay them. I am investigating this and will take it to Manpower as well as the Newspapers. Please be aware of this company do not buy any software from them. They do not anwer any calls and do not come back to you with any answers.

I agree that this company is not a very good company to do business with. They have to repay me R19 950 but there is no way of getting a hold of them. Have anybody else been bullied into one of their contracts and what can I do to get my money back?

Sharetrackin Unethical business practices

on the 23rd of march 2010 I purchased sharetrading software from Sharetrackin/C&K Moneyline/Pro Equity trading solutions. I was guaranteed that I could return the software if I was not completely satisfied within 7 days for a full refund. After installing the software I realised that it was a compilation of softwares that are freely available on the internet.After I contacted the company to cancell my subscription, I was informed that not only would they not cancell it but that the price was not a mere R350.00 per month for a year but that an amount of R12500.00 rand was owed to them. The salesman very cleverly filled in the amount after I had signed a bank slip wich i was led to believe was to open a trading account for me. I have since tried everything to get a refund but to no avail. The irony is that I am not a gullible person. I truly belived in the software. It is my firm belief that this is not the actions of one devious salesman but that it comes from the company head. There are numerous complaints by people who bought the same rubbish software from other resellers using the same methods. If I am wrong, they will refund me in full and cancell my subscription. I am doubtfull that this is the case. Joe Public be warned.

I had the same problem and after struggling for months I realised that I had LOST R18 000. And the sad thing is that they target retired people or students wishing to quickly repay study loans.

Sharetrackin Annoying and unprofessional

Every single month I get a call from someone from this company. I received another on Monday. I did not get the gentleman's name and it was dialed from a private number. I tried to tell him I know all about sharetrackin and that I have declined their meetings in the past. He started coughing uncontrollably and commented that he should probably stop smoking. I explained to him that I do not have the 15k or whatever they charge for this product and that I have dealt with them in the past. He then started bombarding me with terrible objection - handling sales techniques and had the audacity to ask extremely personal questions about my finances. Why do you have no money? I you have a bond you can take money from your bond etc. I was so stunned and asked him that they should please contact me next year when my finances have improved. He got so angry that he put the phone down without me managing to explain that I might take future interest in the product. I have dealt with George Oosthuizen in the past, and he came to the conclusion that my current situation does not justify me getting the product. So why do these unprofessional, rude, crude consultants keep harassing me?

I requested this company to remove my number from their database many times

They insist on sending sms's, and blocked each one, they must have over a million numbers just sending and spamming me
