1. 8th April: DX did not attempt to deliver, nor leave a card as stated on the tracking record (I was in-sitting within 3 metres of my door). Seller advised of failure)
2. 9th April: Rebooked by me- I waited in -DX messaged to say could not deliver and to rebook date. I advised the Seller (the Range) again -of ittle help.
3.13th April: Rebooked by me -again...no delivery attempted (I was in). Driver tracking became unavailable when driver was 3 miles away -he was running late but I assumed traffic problems BUT no delivery attempted at any time...which DX confirmed later via message
4.14th April: this date/time slot advised by DX. (I am in and writing this). Driver tracking became unavailable when other side of Newton Abbot (approx 100 miles from me) Delivery slot missed and no way of finding out what is happening with my delivery (as usual)
Not all customers have neighbours available or a suitable 'safe place' - even if I did, DX clearly would not have delivered my consignment.
4 days of failure and inconvenience.
Recommendation: Don't expect good service from DX any more, don't buy from sellers using them
