Dutch Bros™ review: Poor and rude service in Placerville CA at 1725 hours on 2025-11-15.

Very rude server/manager treated us horribly at when my wife asked a question about excess product after we had ordered extra shots and there was excess enough to fill a small cup. My wife asked if we could get the rest of it since we had ordered three additional shots. The person serving us said they would have to charge a full drink price. My wife said that doesn’t seem right since we ordered it with extra shots. What are you going to do with the excess? The server said throw it away that’s how it is that’s what we do. My wife said well then we will not be back. The server said OK no problem that’s fine. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable behavior. I have spent a considerable amount of money in this store and regularly used to patronize I have right now 970 additional points and I am furious about the way I was treated. I will not patronize this store again complete disappointment, and feel that the person that served us should be disciplined if not fired.
