I paid 12 dollars and change for two small sugar free mochas, blended, with sf strawberry soft top, and cinnamon sprinkles. The lady at the window had my drinks ready when I arrived to the window, she proceeded to make three other drinks. After four minutes, I asked her to please give me my drinks because I had been waiting four minutes and she said she had other customers to attend to. She still purposely waited all while my drinks were uncovered and there were bees in the area. Whenever she was finished with her tantrum, she proceeded to hand me my drinks and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager and I asked for her name for which she said, “Bianka”. She was very condescending and told me “I hope you have a better day.” I never told her I was having a bad day and I am on a time schedule due to a set time in which medication must be taken. Nonetheless, my drinks were very poorly made and melted. The issue has not been resolved. Dutch bros has not contacted me even though I reached out to corporate.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for the company to contact me/replace the hideous drinks I received.
