Dunia Finance review: Harassment at the company - where I am working

Caller Mohammed - from AZZITTE CLAIMS and Recovery Services - [protected]****[protected]****056-9949544amd multiple numbers harassing me at work like 20x in a day?. Even the company landline and talking harshly to my colleagues. I am so embarrassed; degrading me that its like i do not have the right to live in this world. So dis-appointing and depressing; in my 19 years in UAE. I never had an issues and i love this country as my second home. But disgusting how this kind of financing business; ruining the life of minimum earner like me.

I took loan AED24,000 + CC AED5,000 credit balance way back 2015 with Dunia Finance and I pay almost AED31,000 to them. However, I lost my job 2017- I undergo laparoscopic mayoma surgery 2018; [protected] pandemic years no work. As i was not able to update payment; there is huge penalty of AED700/- month + principal amount. The same thing they did harassments their employee did on daily basis; left no choice but force to sign; re-structured the loan payment into 10 years to pay x 1,060 per month sump up the total amount I have to pay is AED127,200. The amount is apart from AED31,000 ( fully paid back to them)

Does anyone can help me? How and who can help me solve this issues?.
