DTDC Express review: Non delivery

I had sent two covers this month through your DTDC. I am a regular customer too using your service from Hyderabad for last one year. Yet with regret to inform you about

H39175095 - The cover was set from here on 4th Nov was received by your chennai hub on 7th November and only reached your Trichy office on 14th. Your agent cntacted the person to be delivered and the cover yet to receive. If only the address was given the person would have collected personally. Today is 19th November and it is your duty to deliver and even after so many days not delivered. I am sorry about this and you are free to throw the cover in the nearest dust bin.Meanrt for Deepavali it serves no purpose.

H39208897- This cover had some office matter to be reached urgently. After four days the person to receive had to travel by car from Besant Nagar Chennai to your Guindy godown and had to collect personally after waiting for his cover to be located. This cost him some expenses and also time. I am sorry all this happening despite your vast network and claim that your are over 90 percent efficient. I have nothing more to say in this matter but prefer to look for an alternative courier service, I have paid on average Rs.150 each cover. Thanik you
