Salmon creek wa every time.i have been it's takes forever in the drive through today we sat in the drive through at the window wasn't greeted and our order wasn't taken for almost 3 minutes. We just watched people work inside.

I went to this location on 3/27/23 at approximately 11:30 am. I placed my order with an employee that came to my car with an ipad. When I pulled up to the window, a heavy male employee came out from the back, looked over at me and burst out in laughter. I asked the employee at the window what was so funny. He said he is just laughing about something else. I asked for my money back as I wasnt comfortable having the employees laugh at me and then drinking a drink they made me. The employee whispered under his breath to another employee she wants her money back. He continued by saying I promise he wasnt laughing at you. Hes not like that. *** the employee who did it never came out to apologize ir try to explain himself. I took my drink even though I was no longer comfortable drinking it. After I got off work I called Dutch Bros. customer service. The woman on the phone told me I have had experiences like that where it feels like they are laughing at you but they are not. I wasnt satisfied with her trying to tell me what my experience was when she wasnt even there, as though she was trying to convince me that it didnt happen. They emailed me a $15 digital gift card. I will no longer purchase anything or visit Dutch Bros. so I do not want the gift card. I feel that this business is discriminatory and allows its employees to harass and belittle its customers. The call center employee did not even ask what time I went to the store so how could she even know which employees to contact for additional training and coaching as she said would be done. I just want my money back. After being humiliated like that, asking for my money back and not getting it and then having customer service tell me it probably didnt happen, I feel extremely uncomfortable with the whole experience and I think the least they could do is refund my money. I paid $5 plus $2 tip. I dont think this is acceptable to be able to alienate and harass their customers.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic Dutch Bros told me they will not accept cash as a form of payment. Cash is legal and valid currency in the US, and this is not acceptable. I chose to take my business elsewhere. I was a regular customer and I will not be coming back.

The Dutch Bros on Fort Apache and Trop is my favorite location to go to. Always super nice and super efficient. Today though, I pull up and there's so many cars ahead of me, in my head I'm thinking 'I'm gonna be so late to work' and then the universe blessed us with ***. They are the definition of incredible. Great customer service, super friendly smile, awesome hair color and tattoos, all around an extremely proficient individual. Definitely helped set the tone for my day. Thank you *** :)
I walked up in order to drink it took 30 minutes for to get to me
I walked up in order to drink it took 30 minutes for to get to me. They helped everybody in the drive-through 1st. I ordered a kicker it comes with a soft top I've got there many times before & this time they didn't want to put soft top on it they were gonna charge me even though their menu says kicker with soft top. They have horrible customer service very rude they don't know how to talk to their customers. I went there one time before they had great customer service. just don't go up to the walk up window.
I didnt have a great experience
I didnt have a great experience. The employee was being so lazy and I got 3 drinks, one of my iced drinks the whole cup was literally ice! I got about 3 sips and the whole drink was already gone. Then the other drink was supposed to be a smoothie and there was still big [censored] pieces of ice, the drink obviously needed to be blended more. Then to top it off I was trying to pay with the app so I could recieve points but, their tablet wouldnt scan my barcode on my phone so I had to pay with my card and not receive any points. Then was paying with my card and their tablet was messing up saying my card was being declined when I know I had more then enough money to pay so, the employee had to ring up the whole order agian because their tablet then it worked like I know it should of in the first place. I seriously need a refund!
